Community Liaison Committee - Keeping our community informed

In May 2007, the U of S created the InterVac Community Liaison Committee (InterVac CLC).  The Committee serves as an independent organization working to ensure full and open communication on safety issues related to InterVac.

The InterVac CLC is holding its first public meeting on Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00pm at the Francis Morrison Library in downtown Saskatoon.

Representatives from VIDO-InterVac will talk about building and biosafety features as well as research benefits of the new facility.  Presenters will include committee co-chairs, Patricia Roe, former city councillor, and Andy Potter, CEO and Director VIDO-InterVac, as well as Cam Ewart, Project Manager for the InterVac construction project.
