Biography
Originally from Ontario, Brenda has a BSc in Biology from the U of Waterloo,a M Sc in Microbiology from the U of Guelph and PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Queen’s University. She joined VIDO-InterVac in 1989 as a post-doctoral fellow.
Brenda became a Professional Research Associate at VIDO in 1992 and an Adjunct Professor for the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. Brenda has trained and mentored many graduate students and scientists, and has contributed to 29 research publications.
