Biography
Dr. Mutwiri earned his DVM from the University of Nairobi, Kenya in 1985 and his PhD from the University of Guelph, Ontarion Canada in 1994. He did postdoctoral training at the University of California before joining VIDO. Currently, he is a Senior Scientist and Manager for Immune Modulation Program. Dr. Mutwiri is also a Professor at School of Public Health, University of Saskatchewan. His research interests are immunology, infectious diseases, vaccinology and immunotherapeutics.
