Program Leader:
Clinical Research and Epidemiology


Overview:
The Clinical Research and Epidemiology program provides a valuable resource to VIDO scientists and clients by developing and maintaining research resources that support the extension of the science beyond the laboratory. An expert team of technicians and clinical veterinarians supporting VIDO scientists ensures the Organization meets the highest standards of animal care and scientific precision. Clinical support and evaluation is provided for each of VIDO’s program areas. The program also fulfils service contracts with companies drawing upon VIDO resources and expertise.

  • Provide reliable, repeatable, professional service
  • Provide a healthy and safe work environment
  • Ensure the animals entrusted to our care are safely and humanely treated in accordance to CCAC guidelines
