Project Manager: PhD, RAC, CCRP
Initially trained as an engineer by the École Polytechnique in France, Dr. Élodie Pastural received a MSc and a PhD in immunology from University Paris VI. Following two post-doctoral fellowships in biochemistry, first at the Institute of Biology and Chemistry of Proteins in Lyon and then at the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Pastural became a research scientist at Phenomenome Discoveries Inc. in the metabolomics field. She switched to project management with the development of early-stage vaccines within the Pan-Provincial Vaccine Enterprise Inc. (PREVENT), where she became certified in regulatory affairs (RAC) and clinical research (CCRP). She is also trained as a certified associate in project management (CAPM), and communicates in both English and French. At VIDO-InterVac, Dr. Pastural is a research project manager and the intellectual property manager.
