Jordan Hamel

Prior to joining VIDO in 2022, Jordan worked for 19 years at a large research centre, most recently as a manager of Human Resources and Administrative Services. During her previous work experience Jordan oversaw all aspects of the human resource management system which included developing systems and processes, policies, and procedures related but not limited to staffing, retention, performance management, total rewards, organizational and professional development, and labour and employee relations.

In addition to her role at VIDO Jordan is Chair of the TCU Place Board of Directors, and a Board Member of Nutrien Wonderhub Board of Directors. Jordan is also an active member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Saskatchewan and Canada, serving on several committees.  Jordan received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Leadership Coach.
