Director of FacilitiesMark Bonnell joined VIDO in 2026 as Director of Facilities, bringing more than a decade of experience in manufacturing and energy systems leadership. A 1st Class Power Engineer, Mark has a strong record of driving operational improvements, including optimizing complex systems to enhance efficiency, control costs, and increase output.
He has led large-scale maintenance events, overseeing turnarounds valued at $7–8 million, and is known for his practical, team-focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Mark holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Theology from the South African Theological Seminary.
