Jordan Hamel is Director of Human Resources at VIDO and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. As a member of VIDO's Senior Leadership Team, she provides strategic leadership in talent management, culture, employee engagement, and workforce planning. A Certified Leadership Coach, Jordan is passionate about supporting leaders and teams in building strong, healthy workplace cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is active in community governance, serving on the Board of Directors of TCU Place, as a board member of the Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation, and as a member of the CPHR Saskatchewan Discipline Committee.
